CAF U-20: Black Satellites back home after triumph

The Black Satellites of Ghana are back home after winning the CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations tournament held in Mauritania.

They beat their Ugandan counterparts by 2 goals in both halves of the game to lift the coveted trophy. Both goals were delivered by team captain Daniel Afriyie Barnie.

They touched down in Accra in the early hours of Sunday March 7, 2021, seen with their luggage as they headed towards the VIP section of the Kotoka International Airport.

Earlier, President Akufo-Addo congratulated the Black Satellites for emerging winners of the 2021 Under-20 tourney.

Subsequently, the President has invited the Satellites and the entire technical team to the Jubilee House for a congratulatory reception.
